San Vito has delicate honeysuckle, lemon, and green tea notes. These aromas come from a blend of Saaz and Contessa hops. It has an assertive and crisp bitterness upfront that is balanced with just enough malt backbone to make it absolutely refreshing.

Clear golden lager with a tea- and lemon aroma with a little rougher flavor with heavier green and black tea hop notes (especially in the late palate and aftertaste) with lemon and herbal, honeysuckle character. Pale malty breadiness helps support. Bitterness is medium. Esters are very low and may just be fruitiness of the hops. Feel is good but marred a bit by the rougher tea character which leaves it a tiny bit astringent. San Vito is an enjoyable change of pace lager but is hop leafy in nature which lowers is smoothness and sessionability.
