Brewed with 100% Mosaic hops from Coleman Agriculture in the Willamette Valley of Oregon, this IPA is full of mango, pineapple and cannabis notes. It's a dank one! Red wheat and spelt malt add a silky mouthfeel and smooth finish.

An amazing NEIPA with the right near-opaque hazy golden hue with healthy frothy white head with sticky lacing.
Aroma is dominated by dank, musky raw herbal hop aroma with some subtle berry and guava notes. Esters are pretty low for the style which is fine with me.
Flavor is just as intense as the aroma with blasts of cannabis, minty tobacco, and lemongrass notes polished with some minor guava, white grapefruits and pine on the finish. Esters are low in flavor too with light-medium bitterness.
Feel is pretty soft with medium body and tiny bit more gritty either hop bite or chalkiness from water. Nothing wrong with it as it finishes pretty soft with the polyphenol character carrying forward a bit of dryness.
COG Bomb surprised me - I did not expect to find an intense hoppy NEIPA in SD aside from North Park Brewing. This beer is really impressive and should get more attention as it is the best of the NEIPA style. Really great job by EVB on this beer.
