Not their best beer, this one is just ok only flavor and packs some extra punch. Do see this comes in a tall boy can which give a hint on what this one is. I'd go with their Hey Yo over this one.

This episode begins with the entire contents of two twelve ounce cans being emptied into a clear glass liter mug. The pours went well, although there was a bit too much foam, but that was at room temperature. The color is dull, but pretty golden-amber, with a nearly stark white head. It's hazy enough to be assigned the New England style, but it's not close to murky. There's a good hoppy aroma that seems a combination of citrus fruit and pine resin, better than some Mosaic Hop reliant IPAs. To taste, there's a little more citrusy aspect, but it's more complex than that. It retains some of the piney and earthy qualities hinted to the nose. The over 8% ABV is nicely included within the overall taste and it has no negative impact on the mouthfeel. That, the mouthfeel, is right on for the delivery of hops and alcohol in a malt medium that matches them. Overall, this is a delightful surprise, even for those that don't particularly like Mosaic Hops. It may not give much glass lacing to stare at. But, it's well rounded in taste, nearly perfect in body and provides a nearly unnoticeable potent ABV.
