Clear reddish-brown with a large, durable light tan head that leaves some lacing on the glass. Visible carbonation is fine-grained.
Pleasing fruity aroma with a cherry component that is more like maraschino cherries than it should be. Also has raisins and a hint of brown bread.
Flavor: rather sweet but not quite cloying. No detectable hops until a faint presence in the aftertaste. Some hints of dark fruits, citrus and caramel.
Feel: Smooth with medium carbonation and a medium body.
