Inspired by ancient beer styles and modern brewing methods, we produce batches where we pay tribute to our Cusco culture and traditions, naming each variety with a patron saint of Cusco or a divinity from the Andean worldview.

Currently Edelmann has a capacity of 9,500 liters, with a state-of-the-art brewing room and fermentation tanks made of 304 surgical steel and electronic fermentation controls. Which ensures we standardize batches of pure and fresh beer!

We like to improve batch after batch by evolving our recipes and we are also trying new ingredients and techniques, bringing out beers of styles from all over the world. In this way our range is divided into permanent beers and seasonal beers.

We have 6 permanent styles of beers and we also release seasonal styles every month.
