I miss this beer. I spent a lot of time in Germany on business, and a lot of us would walk down to the biergarten after work for several glasses of hefeweissen. I honestly cannot review this thoroughly because most of the time I had it, I walked away having several glasses of it (and very happy). It was fresh, refreshing, and the epitome of hefeweissen. I wish I could experience the same freshness in the U.S.

Dark orange color, with a beautiful and compact head. Hazy, a lot.
In the smell the classic weizen notes, maybe the cloves a bit more in evidence.
Quite light at the taste, clean, classic notes.
Not too characterized, but right to the style, and drinkable, and clean.

This brew poured a bright cloudy yellow with a thick white head. The aroma has a bit more wheat and fresh cut grass smell to it at first. As you get into the beer the clove and yeast aroma comes out. The flavor has smooth weizen flavor to it with a bite of yeast in the end. This Weizen has a medium body to it and it is very enjoyable. Should have taken a growler for the trip home...
