Deep golden color, with one finger of decent white foam.
In the smell a bit of maltiness, some grassy hop. And a hint of sweetness.
Not satysfating inthe taste, too. Malt, some bitterness, metallic notes.
Nothing to remember, quite faint aftertaste, with hop notes.
Just drinkable, anonimous.

My first beer review from my new home in Germany.
Bruchs is the local brewery here in the little town of Saarbrucken and the oldest.
Pours out a light straw tone, light golden highlight, quite a nice head, holds its own for a while before settling, good looking Pils.
The aroma is pale malts, some sugary extract-like smeel, a little "corn" smell, light watery finish. Not very complex here, but decent nonetheless.
Taste follows suit, however the beer is very light and refreshing. Cris clean pilsener maltiness of front, slightly sweet note in the taste, followed by a pleasent bitter hop finish.
Light, drinkable, and local. I enjoy this one, however the favorite so far from this brewery is their Zwickle. This brew is a good intro to the brewery, if you're ever in Saarbrucken, check it out
