L: Pale, thin head, slightly cloudy. Not attractive.
S: Cereals, fermented yeasts, but also a weird fruity note - apricots maybe?
T: Odd. Starts off biscuity but there's funk in there too. Not harmonious. Lingering bitterness and weird vegetal notes.
F: Tight carbonation.
O: Strange, unappealing to me, and nothing like a classic Helles. It's complex but too odd to count as interesting.

OCTOBER 2023.
It's a 4.7% Gluten Free Keller helles.
33cl can (€5 from the pub fridge).
On the nose, pleasant notes of cereal and a very light herbaceous note.
When poured, it releases an abundant and soft foam, but it always acts as a cap to the beer without reducing to a simple veil.
Deep blonde color, with slightly copper-colored shades.
In the mouth, a light body accompanied by the right carbonation (something not always found in canned beers) which immediately conveys a sense of thirst-quenching freshness. The initial taste is characterized by cereals: above all the taste of durum wheat bread crust.
The finish is dry with a light herbaceous note that releases a light "noble" bitterness (i.e. from noble hops, like the Germans used in this one) which leaves ample space for baking notes on the palate.
Very balanced, tasty and fresh. A bitter note is missing...even if just for a moment.
I found it very faithful to the reference style and very tasty, although practically not bitter at all.
