Golden yellow appearance with haze; one-finger thick head yet dense and lasting; white head; rings of foam laddering down the glass. Earthy, grassy aroma; herbal. Nice malt backbone; zesty; herbal; thyme; fantastic balanced bitterness. Medium body; a bit coarse for a pilsner.
A tasty if somewhat different take on a pilsner.
