Poured at fridge temp. Pours a dark brown with a thin layer of off-white head. The nose is toffee, biscuits, bread, malts, and some maple. Really nice.
The taste is outstanding. Wasn't expecting this much flavor. Lots of barrel coming through. Caramel candy, vanilla, brown sugar, big malts, and molasses. Nice layers of dark fruit as well. Great beer overall.
Mouthfeel is slick and creamy. Lovely.
