Milky yellow in colour, the liquid is nicely cloudy. The foam is beautiful, white, high, stiff and persistent. It sinks slowly drawing circles on the glass.
The aroma is sweet, malty, intensely fruity, and this is not a 'hoppy' fruitiness. You can clearly feel the addition of fruit puree.
The taste maintains a balance between malty and fruity sweetness and hoppy bitterness.
Medium saturation. Body high, full. Texture smooth, creamy, soft.
