We made this almost NE style IPA with our buddies at the Grit and Grain Podcast in celebration of their anniversary! Brewed with ultra-pale pils malt and a touch of malted spelt and flaked wheat and hopped and dry hopped with loads, just loads of Eldorado hops; double dry hopped even, along with a small amount of Vic and Stata in the triple dry hop! The beer is just pineapple!
