Made in the Franconian tradition of dark lager brewing. We step mashed Weyermann pale malt with US grown Moravian malt and a small amount of black malt to get a beer that drinks light but looks dark as night. Hopped as one would a pilsner with a blend of German Spalt and Saphir for a spice and floral touch.
