This is a 100% wet Hop IPA. No pellets, no extract, no fresh kiln or frozen wet hops, just total wet hops! We put wet Perrault Sabro in the mash then wet Roy Strata and Perrault Simcoe in the hop back followed by wet, that day picked, Loftus Citra in the dry hop! There is Malt in this beer too, LINC Pils and flaked wheat; but that’s not wet hop, it’s just here to make this a beer. A Dripping Wet Hop Beer!

Just a slight haze on the golden amber brew with sticky foam in the Tuborg Pilsner glass. Light aroma with orange and mango in the nose. Crisp and slightly acidic on the tongue. Flavors of orange soda to start with more fruit in the grape and mango vein. Interesting flavors but a blind taste test would not admit this is an IPA. This is the lighter side of fresh hops, apparently, with a modest flavor and minimal bitterness. Quite drinkable, whatever it is. PACKAGED: 09/18/24.
