Here's another fresh hop brew from Ilk that's on the lighter end of the spectrum. Aromatic with lemon, orange, and papaya. Overall this is flavorful but very restrained and friendly. Distinctly on the sweet side but with the right fruit to bring happiness. Some tangy taste along with the mango and citrus. It's another fine brew showing off Citra hops. There's a hint of candied orange peel in the aftertaste that is very nice with the modest bitter edge. This is utterly drinkable and a pleasure to boot. From the 16 oz can purchased at Bridge and Tunnel Bottleshop in Astoria. Dated 9/18/2024.
