Hollow Way is inspired by the pale ales of the twenty teens, unarguably the era of the craft beer boom! Made with a small amount of Vienna malt and flaked wheat and hopped and dry hopped with a generous amount of Simcoe, Nelson Sauvin and Comet. Dry, clearish and clean, the way pales used to be! With rad label art by David V. D’Andrea!

Pours a golden color with a medium head. Aroma is mild malt & hops; taste is similar to smell. Good solid beer but nothing special. Tap Union Freehouse.
