Hoppy and crisp! We made a fairly traditional take on a dry German style pils and riced it up a bit to really push the snappy dryness associated with the style. Step and cereal mashed pils malt and plain white rice, hopped generously with Northern Brewer and Hallertau Tradition and cold fermented and lagered with our house yeast strain. The beer is crisp, herbal and damn refreshing!
