Drinking this at The Blairsville Brewing Company in Blairsville Georgia with The Red Headed Lady of Snowbird Mountains Brewery fame.
Sitting outside on a cold, clear sunny day.
Looks Golden yellow, transparent with a nice white foamy head that dropped quickly to a thin cap.
Smells Biscuity,lemon notes, and lightly spicy.
Taste follows the nose nicely, a little bitterly hopped for a Pilsener.
Mouth feel is medium for the style with a nice smooth finish.
Overall really more like a hoppy Lager than a Pilsener, but still definitely delicious and I would definitely order again.
