Alto Lindo is a rustic style ale that is light yet flavorful. Tart and dry while soft and citrusy.
Alto Lindo gets the benefits of the tart acidity from the lactic acids and a depth, dryness, and lemony aroma from the brettanomyces that welcome you to take a sip.

a: cloudy amber, .5 head, minimal lace
s: acetic acid, apples
f: tart (i like tart but this is 7 or 8 on the scale -- it's tart), bright, crisp
t: astringent, lactic, aged oak, apples, sweet
o: too tart for my general tastes but i don't have to like it. this is a good beer for its style, reminds me of a lighter version of a rodenbach. i could drink this on a friday and hate it but then enjoy it on a monday. you have to be in the mood for this. it tastes different depending on if you have this first, or after any other beer (its better after having another beer first imho.
i wrote before reading the other reviews, so i would not have thought this was a bret beer. I think whatever bret is going on here is overpowered by the lactic acid. round table is a great brewery though (the old industrial art site) and this can be a great beer if you like this style.

From Beer Drop, no dating on the can.
It pours a cloudy amber, small head of foam, retention and lacing are not there.
Smell is sweet and sour fruitiness, some Brett, acidic tartness.
Taste is sour with some lemon, Brett, mild sweet notes, more tartness. Very tasty and easy drinking.
Medium bodied, lively carbonation, I would drink this again.

Appearance: On draft into a stemmed tulip. Crystal clear bronze with zero foam, just a few microscopic bubbles coming up from the base. Beautiful color.
Aroma: Medium odor of classic funky barnyard and horseblanket.
Taste: Tart and sour with minimal sweetness. Right on par for the style.
Feel: Light, dry, good carbonation.
Overall: Good farmhouse ale. No surprises or disappointments.

Apple and citrus with nice body and plenty of tart brightness. A little rounder, better balance, would suit this drinker.

Pours a transparent gold with ample carbonation but a quickly disappearing head. The tartness is evident in the nose, along with some fruity and smokey notes. Very tart and bright flavor. Pepper. Apple. Perhaps a light dankness. Despite the tartness it does have a nice thin feel to it. This is their first beer and it's a niche one, but it's a good one.
