A bourbon barrel aged version of Alto Lindo, available on tap. Small pours only.
Pours similarly to the base beer. Golden body with moderate carbonation and a thin white head that quickly dissipates. Bourbon and Brett notes on the nose. Everything blends together wonderfully in the taste. The tartness is mellowed but not overly so. Bourbon flavors were imparted by the barrel aging process and they interact deliciously with the qualities of the Alto Lindo. Very nice mouthfeel on this - Thin to medium. Overall, one of RTB's better options.
