Collaboration with Gentle Giant brewery of Pearl River NY. Two breweries in the same county collaborating, nice to see.
Look is a tad hazy but otherwise appropriate in color with ample carbonation. Very nice nose. Noble hops and a doughy malt. The taste mostly follows the nose but introduces a light fruitiness that is by no means unpleasant. Very smooth drinking. Not overly bitter. No metallic taste. Pleasant aftertaste, not dry,
Overall, a good pilsner and a much needed refreshing lager for Round Table's tap lineup. And perfect for the Summer.
