Pours a clear yellow with fine head.
Smell is bready and a bit yeasty. Notes of knäckebröd, rye, citrus and buttered toast with some woody hints.
Taste is bready and a bit yeasty, crisp with a moderate bitterness. Notes of knäckebröd, toast and citrus with some woody hints.
Mouthfeel is medium, a bit creamy and well carbonated.
Overall, a very nice, unusual Kellerbier.
