Pours a clear yellow with fine head.
Smell is bready and buttery with notes of citrus, wheat dough and knäckebröd.
Taste is bready and buttery with notes of citrus, knäckebröd and wheat dough. Slightly sweet with a soft bitterness.
Mouthfeel is medium with good carbonation.
Overall, a nice lager with too much diacetyl. It would work in Czech pilsner, but that is not what this is.
