Inspired by the beautiful snowy landscapes of the Georgian Bay Area, this is the beer to reach for at the end of a long Winter day spent outside. Brewed with Bohemian Pilsner malt, it lends a full complex malt profile, blending aromas of toasty bread crust, honey, and a hint of toasted hazelnuts. The complementary hop profile from the German Perle and Czech Kazbec add enough noble hop spice to balance the malt sweetness, with subtle hints of currants, pear, and citrus.
