44 cl can, nicely chilled, poured into a proper pint glass at Bear’s House brewpub in Toulouse, France.
Foam puffs right up, lasts long, leaved good lace throughout the experience.
Nose is floral and citrusy, stone fruit, pine.
Taste is an amalgamation of three New Zealand hops that work in harmony. Good bold flavors abound here. Limey and crisp, fruit juice, apricot, mellow finish with nice center of the tongue bitterness.
Mouthfeel is creamy and full. Medium carbonation.
Overall, little microbrewery in the Albi region northeast of Toulouse priduced a right fine brew here!
