Having this beer on-tap at the brewery. This beer draws a fairly cloudy/hazy medium light color with a nice white head that’s about an thick inch thick when first drawn and served and that dissipates very quickly to practically nothing. Aromas of some bready malts, wheat, banana and a hint of clove, and a slight touch of bubblegum. A very similar flavor profile, with the aforementioned bready malts and wheat, followed by a nice bit of banana along with a hint of clove and a slight touch of bubblegum. A very nice flavor profile. How’s a slight grassy, herbal help present.Has a crisp, medium bodied mouthfeel with moderate carbonation. Has a clean finish, And the flavors that are present to linger nicely on my palate for a while after each sip. A good beer here.
