Having this beer on tap at the brewery. Drawn and served in a Standard pint glass, this beer is a Clear, dark amber color with a white head that’s about an inch thick when first drawn and served before settling to a nice thick ring letting the inside of the glass, small spots of cluster swirl foam on the surface, and excellent lacing. Aromas of some toasted, Bready malts with a bit of fruit and a hint of earthy hops. A very similar taste, with toasted, bready, caramel malt sweetness Along with a bit of fruit and the aforementioned earthy hops that provide just the right amount of bitterness to balance out the sweetness. Although the malty notes certainly still do dominate the flavor profile to some degree.
Has a crisp, also smooth, slightly frothy, medium to full body mouth feel with light to moderate carbonation. Easy to drink With a clean finish and the flavors linger nicely on my palate after each sip in the aftertaste.
