Having this beer on tap at the brewery. This beer draws a clear, light to medium golden color with a just slightly off white head that’s about half an inch thick when first drawn and served. Head settles to to a nice film layer of surface foam along with a thick ring wining the inside of the glass at the beer’s surface. Aromas of some bready, slightly zesty malts with some herbal, slightly earthy hops. The flavor profile is pretty much exactly the same, with the aforementioned bready and slightly zesty malts that gives way to some herbal, slightly earthy hops. A good balance of flavors, although the hops certainly do dominate a bit, which should be expected here. It’s a crisp, I’m so so much smoother, medium to full body mouth feel with moderate carbonation. Has a clean finishing all of the flavors liquor nicely on my pallet in the aftertaste. A good beer here and eat it.
