Our 100% Pilsner malt Belgian is finally here. Drinks smooth with some earthiness from the yeast. Drinks great with about any food, plus you never see Belgian beers in the USA these days.

This is an excellent riff on a Belgian pale ale. While you can differentiate it from a traditional Belgian ale, it maintains the character of the original while stretching the flavor profile to something a bit different. I would happily drink this again.

Yellow in color with a hazy complexion. There’s a fingernail of off white on top. The aroma is of sweet Belgian pale malt. I am tasting sweet Belgian malt and grassy hops. The mouth is moderately carbonated and crisp.
