Grape IPA with Sauvignon Blanc grapes and Riwaka & Raku hops.
Our first anniversary beer is made with grapes from Napa, California and hops from New Zealand. We co-ferment the grapes with the beer and whirlpooled with Phantasm powder for some thiol rich aromas from the grapes, yeast and hops. We fermented high with our house English yeast and the rest is history. Aromas of diesel, cannabis, and lemon meringue pie. Flavors dance across the tongue of white peach, pear, orange, Paloma and vanilla custard. Truly a unique flavor experience that comes from the pneuma of the production team.
