We teamed up with our friends from The Hudson Eatery for their 5th anniversary to brew a West Coast Pilsner with Nelson, Citra, Mosaic hop hash, Columbus, and Hallertau Blanc. 5 hops for 5 years. We started with some primo Pils malt and some Spelt for body. This beer makes us smile every time we sip it. Come celebrate with us and them and drink this super crispy lager.
