We took our award winning Barleywine and aged it for 16 months in both 1792 bourbon and Willett bourbon barrels. Aromas of brown sugar, toffee, raisin, snickerdoodle cookies, and apple pie absolutely explode from the glass. Flavor is caramel, bourbon and oaky deliciousness. Be careful with this one as it’s the strongest beer we’ve made to date. This is only for the most devoted beer lovers who enjoy barrel aged beers.
