Amber colour, high carbonation level, modest head, plenty of lace.
Aroma fruity-yeasty with a touch of roasted malt & sourdough.
Start fresh, spritzy, malty. Body small and rounded, strong malt sugars, delicious hoppy tones towards finish, bittersweet aftertaste.
Quite a light brew but delightful and complex. Recommended!
