Served in a small pint glass from the can.
Appearance: Slight hazy gold colored body with a white head that had a high rise of two finger's length off the body.
Smell: Lemon skin scent which dissipates quick, citrus juice and hint of yeast.
Taste: Sour fruity brew, feels like a gose mixed with a bit of yeast and cherries. Could be it's sourness overpowering my palate.
Mouth: Medium to heavy carbonation. Sweet finish and mouth cleansing.
Overall: Great Hurst quenching beer. Offers a descent smooth complexity which satisfied my palates. Salud!
