Found on cask in Beacon NY at Draft Industries, one of the few accounts this small batch, cask only brewery serves, most of them in Beacon.
Just a treat to find a small beer of this quality served properly.
Rich malt aroma of freshly steeped grain, toffee on fresh baked bread notes balanced by warm, herbal hop character - hay and leather, in a mild yeast signature.
Light fruit flavors in a thin sugar glaze finishing with warm, slightly peppery hop aftertaste.
Well crafted, refreshing and satisfying. Is good. Very good.
