"RAIS" beer draws inspiration from the Belgian brewing tradition to which we have added a secret ingredient that we produce in our laboratory.Combined with the mixture of seven types of barley malts and the use of three varieties of hops of which, one bitter and two aromatic,
the secret ingredient characterizes the complex and refined flavour of beer, which recalls the importance and complexity of the role of the Ràis.The yeast strain guarantees the presence of hints of blueberry, strawberry and other red berries, the green apple is present too,
while the mixture of malts predominates on hopping, making it also perceive notes of toasted and caramelized.The color is amber with bright red reflections while the foam is thin and medium persistent.
