To celebrate Magnus (Shapes & Objects) & Magnus (Benchwarmers) we decided to accompany the Birthday Cake Fruited Sour with the perfect birthday party drink. Of course we had to invite our bffs and hosts Ten Hands for this, masters of easy drinking, everyday hoppy beers.
Birthday Hop Juice DDH Nelson Sauvin builds on our new soft and gentle water profile, a toasty grain bill and the best Nelson Sauvin hops we know. It wouldn't be a birthday party without double dry hopping it either for a real hop punch.

440 ml can, from Vinmonopolet Herbarium, Stavanger. Brewed by Shapes & Objects at Ten Hands Brewing. ABV is 7%. Hazy pale yellow colour, huge white head. Aroma of citrus, crushed gooseberries, various tropical fruits like guava and papaya. Light bodied and watery for its strength. Medium dry flavour, notes of said fruits, with a moderate wormwood-like bitterness in the finish.

Pours a hazy light orange with thick, soft head.
Smell is juicy and peppery with notes of gooseberries, citrus, grapes and mango.
Taste is juicy, fruity and peppery. Notes of gooseberries, white wine, grapes, citrus and peach with a moderate bitterness.
Mouthfeel is medium, soft, pillowy and well carbonated.
Overall, a great NE IPA and fantastic Nelson showcase.
