Collaboration with Siren Craft Brew
This collab (merger) with Siren was inspired by neighbouring Slough, the spiritual home of The Office. Steve and the team bombed it down the M4 at 70mph - tops - to brew a lean modern style West Coast IPA with us.
Made with 100% Pilsner malt, we fermented cold with lager yeast minimising malt profile and esters to let the hops do all the talking. We've used a blend of US and NZ hop varieties, with Simcoe and Columbus cryo combining with Riwaka.
Reminiscent of those clear gummy bears you used to love as a kid, citrus and pineapple sweetness is all balanced by a firm lingering bitterness. Find a pint thereof at your local Chasers.
