Arguably one of the best hops especially for modern West Coast style IPAs, it’s all Simcoe for our latest DDH single hop showcase.
It’s a simple grist of extra pale, wheat and a touch of Buckwheat to provide subtle malt depth but the hops are what it’s all about.
Layers of Simcoe throughout boil, whirlpool and a big DDH charge give us pineapple chunks, pine needles and zesty orange with a rounded subtle bitterness.
