We've used a unique combination of Nectaron, Azacca and Pink hops for this soft and pillowy IPA.
We're getting fleshy peach, overripe mango and a subtle red berry character.

Pours a hazy light orange with soft, fluffy head.
Smell is fruity and juicy with nots of melon, orange juice, peach and lemongrass.
Taste is fruity and juicy with some herbal hints. Soft bitterness and notes of orange juice, melon, peach, weed and lemongrass.
Mouthfeel is medium, soft, pillowy and well carbonated.
Overall, a terrific NE IPA.

Copenhagen 18/5 2025. 44 cl can from A Good Case web-shop. Simple can design with a light grey can changing onto blue, pink, orange and green at the bottom.
Pours unclear - almost opaque - golden yellow with a big white head. A bit bubbly. Settles as creamy layer of foam just covering the surface of the beer. Crawling up the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma îs medium intense with a sweet odor of ripe Stone fruits mingling with more subtle citric fumes. Mango and ripe peach. Passion fruit. Lemon and lime.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick oily, soft, almost flat texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed and balanced by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a while. Finish is semi-dry.
Well-balanced and juicy.
