This heavy bodied stout provides notes of black cherry, raspberry, chocolate, and coffee. This stout has been aged within our first Grainology Bourbon Barrel.

L: near black body, foamy brown head
S: sweet cherry, roasted barley, coffee, oaky bourbon, vanilla, caramel
T: very sweet with dark fruity esters rendering cherry and raspberry as the brewer indicates; chocolate, coffee, roast, boozy bourbon, caramel, toffee, vanilla, and oak round out the flavor notes
F: cloyingly sweet at times, booze does help cut some of that sweetness, full chewy body, ample carbonation, sweet and boozy finish
O: super delicious locally brewed barrel aged stout
