Ya-Ya is a dry hopped sour, of a similar style to Bang-Bang, but using all Nelson Sauvin hops where Bang-Bang uses Citra, Simcoe and Cascade hops. Nelson Sauvin’s name is derived from the Sauvignon Blanc wine grape for its similar flavour and aroma characteristics.
