One of our most popular small-batch beers is a Cream Ale (a style similar to lagers in characteristics). Dried hibiscus petals give it a slightly tart flavor and a gorgeous pink hue. We added locally grown Indrayani rice to keep the body thin. cascade hops give it a lovely floral aroma. One of the most pleasant beers you can get.

Look - Solid amber slight pinkish with a nice white head
Smell and taste - caramel malts with a slight pine floral citrus hop
Feel - medium light body with a medium carb
Overall - taste a lot like a pale ale instead of a cream ale
