This West Coast IPA is aggressively hopped with heaps of Simcoe, Cascade, and Mosaic hops. Aromas of grapefruit, berries, and pine mingle with a malt profile of subtle honey and fresh biscuits. Smooth finish with a golden hue. This beer is a reference to a locally specific dialect for a unique traffic feature in Florence.
