Our German Kolsch Style ale with coffee from our friends at Mortal Minds Coffee Roasters. This deep golden colored ale provides a base of grainy-sweet malt character that mingles beautifully with the medium-light roast of the Ascend Blend. Balance allows this brew to be coffee forward , yet retains qualities of the base beer. Notes of chocolate ganache, citrus, berries, and golden Oreo cookies. Origin is created using both direct bean contact with beer and cold brew blending to create its unique character. *contains caffeine roughly equivalent to 2oz of Coffee per 16oz pint *

clear, yellow golden color, bright white head. Pleasant coffee flavor in the aroma and the taste, just without the strong roast flavor. It works on the Kolsch base beer. Thinner bodied.
