Special beer, brewed for the opening of something called De Pit, in the city of Buggenhout (city of the brewery). This is what I can understand from the label.
The colour is dark ruby, full. Not exceptional foam, with some big bubbles.
The smell is hop (Saaz), sage, some balsamic, spices (pepper), citrus fruit (orange), dry flowers, and notes of malt.
At the taste: candy sugar, gooseberry, and then spices (pepper, anise), but even something delicate (rosewater).
Aftertaste: again pepper, and hop, with good persistence.
Then papaya, orange, and a surprising peach, that make it soft and velvety.
Full body.
