Pours a dar reddish brown with soft, tan head.
Smell is fruity and a bit sweet with notes of Pmmac, dried fruit, raisins, brown sugar and some brown bread.
Taste is fruity and sweet with a nice, malty backbone. Notes of Pmmac, dried fruit, molasses, raisins and some vanilla. Moderate bitterness, and a dry, vinous finish.
Mouthfeel is medium with frothy carbonation.
Overall, a really nice dark Belgian, not overly estery.
