Classic Nelson Sauvin characteristics of gooseberries and white wine fruitiness blend seamlessly with the complexity of Mosaic. Extra pale malt sits back to let the delicious bright aroma come to the fore, with oats and wheat providing a silky smooth finish. Decidedly refreshing.

Copenhagen 11/11 2023. 44 cl can from Kihoskh, Søndr Boulevard, Kbh. V. A bright, colorful starscape on the can.
Pours opaque yellow with a mid-sized white head. Settles as thin, almost transparent layer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a light sweet odor of ripe Stone fruits mingling with more aggressive, zesty citrus. Peach and apricot. Grapefruit and lemon.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, almost flat texture.
Flavor is intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a stronger bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a sweet fruity undertone. Lingers for a while. Finish is rather dry
Satisfying and fairly intense.
