Part of the Singularity Series. An imperial stout brewed without adjuncts - straight up rich dark malt goodness.

Copenhagen 21/2 2026. 44 cl can from Hos Rune, Bottle Shop, Sønder Boulevard, Kbh. V. Some sort of cute furry animal looking t me from the mostly black can. Does not look like a soot spirit.
Pours opaque dark brown with a small light beige head. Stable, Settles as a small round patch of foam floating in the middle of the glass. No lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet, malty and dark odor mingling with earthy notes and a scent of alcohol. Dark roasted malts, caramel and toffee. Leather and humid soil. Sharp edge of alcohol.
Low carbonation. Rather thick, oily, slightly viscous, soft, creamy, almost flat texture.
Flavor is intense with a rather strong sweetness followed and balanced by a strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a searing boozy undertone. Lingering. Finish is quite dry with a touch of alcohol.
Potent no nonsense Imperial Stout with a sharp edge of alcohol.
