Bought at Cantinho Café, Figueira de Castelo Rodrigo, Guarda, Portugal.
This beer is comissioned by Cantinho Café to Vadia, to create a beer using a new brand - Carácter - owned by Cantinho Café.
Poured from a bottle to a BrewDog stemmed glass.
A: Body is yellow to orange, having some darker hues and lighter yellow to the side. Head is white, persistent, having a 5mm thickness with tons of lacing.
S: Aroma is mostly malty sweetness with some light caramel notes, almost unnoticed roasted tones.
T: Taste is pretty direct as you want a Pilsner to be - mildly sweet with a light bitterness to counterbalance. Crisp.
M: Body is medium. Carbonation is spot on. Alcohol is unnoticed. Bitterness is medium low.
O: It's a plain and direct pilsner as you want it to be. And does its job quite well.
